-
- Cement : It is a mineral that hardens when reacted with water, and
generally Class 1 Ordinary Portland Cement is used for the manufacture
of remicon. And, other cement types are used for special purposes.
-
- Water : The water must be clean and free of oil, acid, organic matter,
etc.
-
- Fine aggregate : Aggregates that pass through the 5mm sieve and remain
on the 0.08mm sieve (salinity less than 0.04%)
-
- Coarse aggregate : Aggregates that pass through the 20mm, 25mm, and
40mm sieves (maximum size of aggregates) and remain on the 5mm sieve
-
- Admixture : Additives whose usage is generally 5% or more of
water-cement ratio (fly ash, blast furnace slag powder, silica fume,
etc.)
-
- Compound : Additives whose water-cement ratio is generally 1% or less
(AE agent, AE water reducing agent, high-performance water reducing
agent, fluidizing agent, etc.)

Weigh
|
A process of weighing the exact amount of raw materials (cement, aggregate, and
admixture) used per ready-mixed concrete (6㎥)
|
Mixing
|
A process of mixing the weighed materials thoroughly to discharge them uniformly
without being separated
|
Transportation
|
A process requiring that concrete casting be completed at the site within 90
minutes by transporting the unhardened concrete that the weighting and mixing
processes have been completed with a mixer truck
